New build homes in Stamford and Rutland

Complete homes, finished and ready to move into, built from the foundations to the final fixtures.

We build complete homes that are fully finished and ready to move into, managing every detail from the foundations to the final touches. One person looks after the whole job, so you always know who to ask.

The new house at Tinwell, in Rutland, is stone-fronted with a slate roof and solar panels, and its garden walls, steps and terraces were built as part of the job. The strip below follows it from the cleared plot to the finished house, and its project page has the rest.

Before a new house can be started it needs planning permission and Building Regulations approval. We guide you through the planning process and work with your architect and planning consultant, so that everything is in place before work starts.

Questions

Questions we are asked

How do you keep a build on schedule?

We coordinate all trades and suppliers directly, with hands-on site management and regular client meetings. Problems get spotted and resolved early, before they cause delays.

Who will I deal with?

Shaun, from the first conversation to the final handover. He runs the site and coordinates every stage, so there is one person who knows the whole job.

Can you work with my architect?

Yes. We work alongside architects and planning consultants, as we did with Harris McCormack Architects on the renovation and extension in Stamford.

Does a new house need planning permission?

Yes. A new house needs planning permission and Building Regulations approval before work starts. We guide you through the process and work with your architect and planning consultant, so that everything is in place first.
