Shaun Veasey Building Contractor
About Shaun Veasey
I’m Shaun Veasey: owner, director, and the person you will deal with from start to finish.
I have been running this company for over 13 years, and in 2021 we became a limited business. I take on everything from extensions and renovations to complete new builds, landscaping, kitchens and bathrooms. I am based in Stamford and work across the area around it.
I grew up in a family of builders. I was on site with my dad and my uncles from the age of seven, and I trained as a bricklayer straight from school. Starting young gave me an understanding of build quality, structure and detail that I bring to every project, and I can spot problems before they happen because I have seen construction from the ground up.
I am hands-on from the first conversation to the final handover. I work with trusted trades and suppliers, coordinate every stage, and keep you updated with regular meetings. My approach is simple: do things properly, be upfront and honest, and deliver results you can rely on, whether it is a full new build or a smaller project.
One person, from the first visit to the handover.
The first visit
We come and see the site, listen to what you want and give you honest advice. The visit and the quote are free, with no obligation.
Planning
We guide you through the planning process and work with your architect and planning consultants, so that everything is in place before work starts.
The build
Shaun coordinates every trade and supplier directly and runs the site hands-on, so problems are spotted early, before they cause delays.
Handover
Regular meetings keep you up to date through the project, and discuss any change while it is still easy to make. You are handed a finished home that is ready to use.
