Shaun coordinates every trade and supplier directly and runs the site hands-on, so problems are spotted early, before they cause delays.

Regular meetings keep you up to date through the project, and discuss any change while it is still easy to make. You are handed a finished home that is ready to use.

Do you handle planning permission?
We guide you through the planning process and work with architects and planning consultants to make sure everything is in place before work starts.
Does an extension need planning permission?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. Many smaller extensions can be built under permitted development, but there are limits, and conservation areas, listed buildings and some streets have extra rules. Building Regulations approval is a separate requirement for most extensions and structural work. Your council has the final word, and we will tell you what we think applies before the job is priced.
Can you take on a smaller job, like a kitchen or a bathroom?
Absolutely. We give every job the same care and attention, whether it is a bathroom renovation or a complete new build. No project is too small or too large.
Will I get regular updates during the build?
Yes. We hold regular meetings throughout the project to keep you updated on progress and to discuss any changes while they are still straightforward to make.
