Terms of use and quotations
These terms cover the use of this website and the quotations and estimates we give. The website is run by Shaun Veasey Building Contractor Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 13771255.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not use it to break any law, to try to get into our systems, or to introduce anything harmful.
Our words and photographs
The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to us or to those who license them to us, and are protected by copyright. Please ask us before you copy or reuse any of it.
The photographs are of our own work and show the standard we deliver. Every project is different, and what you get depends on your requirements, the site and the materials you choose. Colours can look different on a screen from the finished work.
Quotations and estimates
A quotation or estimate given after an enquiry is subject to these conditions:
- It is an estimate, subject to a full site survey or assessment.
- It is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, unless it says otherwise.
- The final price can change with site conditions, the cost of materials, or changes to the specification.
- A formal written quotation or contract is provided before any work starts.
Timescales
Any timescale or completion date on this website, or in a discussion about a project, is an estimate. Weather, the availability of materials, changes you ask for and the unforeseen can all move it, and we will keep you informed if they do.
Advice and accuracy
What is on this website is general information, not professional advice. For guidance on a structural, planning or Building Regulations question about your own project, ask the qualified professional for it, and we will work with them.
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that all of it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time.
Links and liability
This website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over them.
