New build, Tinwell

- Foundations to final fixtures
A new house at Tinwell, in Rutland, built from the ground up and finished ready to move into. Every stage was managed in full, from the foundations to the final fixtures.
It is a stone-fronted house with three gables, a timber canopy over the front door and a slate roof with solar panels set into it, and the garden was built with it: curved stone walls, wide steps and paved terraces down to a lawn.
The photographs follow the build in order: the plot cleared, the foundations dug and poured, the walls going up, the roof going on, and the finished house and garden.
